On iPhone, open the chat, tap the contact or group name, then Export Chat and Attach Media. On Android, open the chat, tap ⋮, then More, Export chat and Include media. Save the .zip file and choose it here.
WhatsApp leaves them out when you export without media. Export the chat again and choose Attach media. If any are missing, we tell you before you pay.
Each voice message is transcribed in the language it was spoken in: English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and dozens more. The transcript isn't translated.
Very accurate on clear speech. Background noise, people talking over each other and very short clips can cause mistakes. That's why the PDF keeps the original recordings attached.
Most chats are ready in a few minutes; very long ones take longer. We email you the link as soon as the documents are ready.
No. You pay once and get the link by email. If you like, that email lets you set a password to find your documents later.
If we can't deliver your document, we keep working on it for up to 48 hours. If it still isn't ready, the full amount goes back to your card, automatically. A single recording that can't be read is marked in its place, with its length.
Exports up to 4 GB. Long chats cost less per minute, so a chat with many hours of voice messages stays affordable.
